Ongoing, Ian provides an annual management service, checking on the apartment every couple of weeks & dealing with any urgent post, keeping us informed as necessary.

When we are away from Netanya the apartment is inspected at regular intervals and any problems are attended to immediately.
Before each of our visits the apartment is cleaned to our satisfaction and, if required, food is bought and placed in the refrigerator etc., ready for use on arrival. Ian has the apartment cleaned after our, or our children's, departure.
All rent is paid up to due date and problems dealt with promptly and efficiently.
